2019 Annual Outdoor Development Activities
On December 21th, 2019, the four batches of Outdoor Development Activities organized by the company have been successfully completed.
The content of this Ourdoor Training included Pre-warming Mini-games, Big Footboards, Pearl Travel, and many other projects, which were designed to test the endurance , cooperation and solidarity of employees.

After the Pre-warming Mini-games, everyone's enthusiasm increased. Training from organizing a new team to selecting a captain, team name, and slogan, requiring everyone to be familiar with the team members in the shortest time, indicated that the entire process cannot be separated from collective wisdom and power. The leader of the yellow team, Sun Xiaoling, always encouraged teammates after each project game, so that employees felt the team's warmth, mutual trust, and stimulated the collective honor of each member and the self-confidence of each teammate.

"There is no perfect individual, only a perfect team." In the final speech session, everyone enthusiastically spoke. Tian Miaomiao of the Finance Department said that she had learned a lot through training and would apply these to her work later. Shi Jin, who has worked in R&D team here for nine years, gave a wonderful speech that he was very grateful to the company and the team for creating his own value on this platform. There are also eight employees from various departments, such as the Quality Department, Production Department, Planning Department, Sales Department, etc., all enthusiastically spoke to express their inner understanding.
Sharing and summary
